Held at the beautiful Freshwater Beach park, Salt Ash’s core value is focussing on a mind and body connection. We aim to have you connect inward gaining better awareness of your body as you challenge it physically in the great outdoors.

Each session begins with a grounding to bring you into the NOW, flowing into a full body warm up and high intense strength and cardio sweat session then ending with a rejuvenating stretch and guided meditation to transcend you into bliss ready for the day ahead or a goodnight sleep.

I am passionate about health, the outdoors and living a positive, full life. THIS I want to share with others around me. I focus on YOU the individual and being a part of your journey for you to be the BEST you can be. I take a holistic approach to exercise encompassing a balanced life.

I am a qualified personal trainer and have a love for the outdoors and anything active. I have a passion for connecting with people and being active in nature.

With a well travelled background and a broad career, I have recently left the corporate world to follow my desire to share this love and inspire others.

Getaways

Salt Ash offer Health & Fitness Getaways giving women a chance to get away out of their heads and into their heart and soul, disconnecting from daily stresses and the social world in a relaxed yet fit and active weekend. All inclusive of accommodation and the healthiest most nourishing food prepared for you. This is where you leave your mind and task list at home and simply SHOW UP.

Including:

Group training, wellness workshops, hikes, surfing, swimming, mindfulness & meditation, healthy meals shared together as well as plenty of free time to relax or get creative.

Teen Girls Wellness Workshops

In 2016 Salt Ash will commence outdoor exercise programmes designed for girls between 12-16. The aim of these programmes will be to bring girls together exercising and getting active in the outdoors; incorporating workshops and group discussions on a new topic each week all based around motivating young girls to love and appreciate their true selves through adolescence and the teen years in society. Assisting to start girls on a fit, healthy, confident and positive journey into womanhood.

Topics such as body image, self confidence/worth, healthy eating, friendships, impacts of drugs and alcohol, the challenges of bullying and social media. We will use motivations like: Healthy food, surfing, skating, dance, exercise and all levels of positive activity and use of the great outdoors.
